Killingly Dental Care is seeking an exceptional Associate Dentist who is passionate about comprehensive dentistry, advanced technology, and delivering an outstanding patient experience.
This is not a high-volume drill-and-fill position. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys diagnosis, treatment planning, digital workflows, interdisciplinary care, and helping patients achieve long-term health and aesthetic outcomes.

Comprehensive interdisciplinary care
QualificationsDMD or DDS degree
Active Connecticut dental license (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred
CPR/BLS/NPI certifications
Deep understanding of modern dental standards and trends, truly believe in our values of Complete Health Dentistry
Advanced CE through Spear, Kois, Dawson, Pankey, implant, cosmetic, restorative, or equivalent programs strongly preferred
Commitment to continuing education and clinical growth
