Job Location: North Stonington CT - North Stonington, CT 06359

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 Salary

Position Summary: The Drafter requires conformance with all corporate and client confidentiality requirements, strict adherence to business ethics and practices, and a continual demonstration of professionalism throughout the delivery of service

• As-built condition scanning
• Scan to 3D Model conversion using Trimble Scanner and Revit software.
• Revit Project set up and 3D Model support.
• QA/QC drawings using Blue Beam.
• Revit Server, Share File, and Procore file management.
• Drafting and detail services for design group including but not limited to:
• 2D CAD edits
• Detail library updates
• 3D Model edits
• As-Built drawing edits

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers.
• Strict adherence to all safety rules and quality.
• Interact with all co-workers and clients in an attentive courteous manner.
• At times may perform clerical/administrative duties.
• Proactive and organized, the candidate effectively manages multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Available to travel to project site for as-built project conditions.
• Adapting to new and changing requirements, environments, and/or information.
• Field spatial orientation and problem-solving during client visits
• Basic understanding of Electrical, or Duct, or Pipe layout.

• Introduction to drafting or Revit courses
• Construction or fabrication field experience, preferred
• OSHA 10 certification
