What You Will Do- Develop domain-level strategy to mature CORE operating systems with alignment from all levels of leadership in an assigned area.
- Lead events and activities to deliver value to customers while supporting the creation of self‑sufficiency, e.g., Goal Alignment, Root Cause Corrective Action, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Manufacturing/Cell Design, 5S, TPM, Set‑up reduction.
- Partner with RTX sub‑council teams on CORE strategy and execution.
- Execute implementation and maturation of standard production system (SPS) elements across assigned manufacturing domains.
- Own and achieve desired results of CORE office process maturation.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience with effective change management and transformational deployments.
- Experience collaborating and influencing in a matrix environment.
- Ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision and plan.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to translate engagement benefits to direct financial impact.
- CORE expert certified or equivalent.
- MBA preferred.
- CORE Principal Nominated or Certified.
Salary range: $157,200 – $298,800. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off and holidays. Incentive compensation may apply based on role level.
