Lead AV Creative Residential Designer
Lead AV Creative Residential Designer – This role is seeking a true creative in the world of high end residential systems. You will be tasked with managing the full design process from cradle to grave. You will be the first point of contact with HNWI and be truly great with client liaison. You will need to bring a creative flare to systems designs, client presentations and the use of AV technology to create a true masterpiece of AV integration.
Your understanding of project costs and timescales will come from a minimum of 7 years high end residential AV integration. Candidates that have been working for an AV systems integration company or for themselves will be considered for this role. You will be expected to keep an eye on emerging technologies and how best to integrate these into new one‑off bespoke AV projects.

- Manage the full design process from concept to completion.
- Serve as the primary liaison with high-net-worth individuals and clients.
- Develop creative system designs, client presentations and integration concepts.
- Assess project costs and timescales, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Research and incorporate emerging AV technologies into bespoke projects.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Minimum 7 years experience in high end residential AV integration.
- Experience working for an AV systems integration company or as an independent consultant.
- Proficiency with AV technologies such as CEDIA, Crestron, Lutron, DALI, lighting, sound, and integration systems.
- Strong design skills using AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
- Competence in project costing and presentation preparation.
- Excellent client liaison and communication skills.
- Legal right to work in the UK and residence in the UK.
Salary: GBP 48,000 - 72,000 per year
Must be living in the UK and legally allowed to work here.
