A thriving, physician-owned dermatology practice in the Middlesex, Connecticut area is expanding and seeking multiple full-time Dermatologists to join the team. The organization is committed to long-term growth, physician partnership opportunities, and maintaining independence with no plans to sell to Private Equity.

We are currently interviewing graduating residents as well as experienced dermatologists looking to build a long-term career within a stable and growing practice environment.

Open To:

• Graduating Residents
• Experienced Dermatologists

Schedule:

• Minimum 4 full clinic days per week
• 8-hour clinic days

Clinical Volume:

• General Dermatology:
  Average of 6 patients per hour
• Surgical Dermatology:
  Procedures scheduled every 30–45 minutes

Clinical Focus:

• General Dermatology
• Surgical Dermatology

Flexible Opportunities:

• Mohs Surgeons welcome if open to a mixed General Dermatology/Mohs schedule
• Dermatopathology + General Dermatology combination roles considered

• Starting compensation at 40% of collections
• Increases up to 45% of collections within 3–5 years
• Partnership track available after 3–5 years for qualified candidates

• Up to $25,000

• 4 weeks combined PTO (Vacation/Sick/CME)

• $2,500 annual CME allowance
• 5 CME days annually

• 401(k) with company contributions
• Eligibility after 6 months

• Comprehensive medical coverage available

• New dermatoscope provided
• 2 sets of scrubs annually
• 2 white coats annually
