Responsibilities- Provide direct instruction that supports English language development and academic growth.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure multilingual learners have equitable access to high‑quality instruction.
- Use student data to monitor progress and inform instructional decisions.
- Coach and support educators in implementing effective practices for multilingual learners.
- Partner with families to build strong home‑school connections.
- Help foster a school culture that values multilingualism, diversity, and belonging.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Connecticut Certification 111 – Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) PK‑12 required.
