• CT Elementary Teaching certification
• Demonstrated successful classroom teaching experience
• Evidence of well‑developed knowledge and implementation of best practices in teaching mathematics K‑5
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with adults
• Capacity to develop, model, and deliver effective learning interventions
• Ability to assess performance, analyze data and plan long and short‑term interventions
