We’re currently recruiting for a Classroom Support Assistant to join a Primary School in Killingworth on a long- or short-term basis starting in September.

Your main responsibilities will include:- Support the teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Assist students individually or in small groups to support learning.
- Support students with additional learning or personal needs.
- Assist with classroom administration, displays, and record-keeping.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a supportive approach to learning.
- Good organisation, reliability, and time management.
- Ability to work effectively as a part of a team and adapt to students’ needs.

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
