The American School for the Deaf operates Isola Bella, a summer camp for deaf and hard of hearing children aged 8 to 17, in Salisbury, CT. We seek a Camp Director to oversee the program, ensure safety, and lead staff and activities in a residential setting.
Required are a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, ASL proficiency, and strong leadership. CPR/First Aid is encouraged;
Lifeguard certification is a plus. A collaborative, inclusive approach is essential.
