Civil Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D and eager to collaborate closely with engineers on a wide range of incoming projects. Our work spans commercial, multi‑family residential, retail, and multi‑disciplinary developments
, offering strong exposure to diverse project types. Experience in stormwater design, land development, traffic engineering, and landscape architecture is highly valued.

• Support engineers in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Develop site plans focused on land and site development, stormwater management, and drainage design.
• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to prepare engineering drawings, layouts, and design documents.
• Produce detailed grading, drainage, and site development plans.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout all phases of work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 0–5 years of civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Prior internship experience in civil engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• EIT certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred but not required).
• Experience with civil site design, grading, and drainage systems.
• Familiarity with stormwater and site development projects.

Standard hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30‑minute lunch break.

Permanent position based out of Woodbury, CT.

The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00/yr.
