Oppia International is hiring multiple Telecom Engineers and Experts to support major clients across Europe. These roles are crucial for planning, optimizing, deploying, and engineering next-generation telecom networks including microwave, RAN, fiber, fixed networks, and RF systems.

You will work with leading telecom operators and vendors across Hungary, Poland, and Romania, contributing expertise across planning, configuration, optimization, and deployment domains. Depending on your specialization, you may be involved in designing MW links, configuring RAN nodes, optimizing RF performance, planning fiber networks, or engineering fixed transmission systems. These positions offer the opportunity to work in multi-technology environments (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia) while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality network performance and expansion projects.

(Responsibilities vary by role; examples below)

• Perform microwave link planning, frequency planning, and path calculations.
• Configure and optimize MW or radio nodes based on project requirements.
• Execute radio deployment activities and perform parameter audits.
• Optimize RF performance for 4G/5G networks (Ericsson/Huawei).
• Design fiber routes, capacity planning, and network layouts.
• Develop fixed network planning for broadband and transmission systems.
• Conduct RAN access planning and site design.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and network improvement proposals.

• EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization (mandatory).
• Proficiency in German (mandatory).
• Engineering experience (as per level):
  • 2–5 years for Engineer roles
  • 8+ years for Expert roles
• Solid background in one or more areas: MW planning/configuration, RAN deployment, RF optimization, fiber design, fixed network engineering, or transmission planning.
• Strong analytical, technical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in multi-vendor environments (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia).

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei).
• Hands-on experience with planning tools (Pathloss, Atoll, U-Net, Planet).
• Experience in international telecom projects.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers or lead small technical teams.
