Position: F135 Forecast Manager -(Onsite)
Location: Hockanum

Forecast Manager – F135 Sustainment

Position overview:

Create forecasts for engine and module removal events within the F135 propulsion system depot repair network. Manage forecasting schedule and present forecasts to executive leadership, provide guidance, evaluate risks, and substantiate decisions in a rapidly changing environment.

What You Will Do
  • Manage forecast production schedule and act as subject‑matter expert for program forecasting.
  • Coach, review, and delegate work to fellow team members; influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Achieve day‑to‑day objectives with significant impact on the work area and contribute to development of goals for the discipline and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.).
  • Manage moderately‑sized projects or processes with moderate impact on discipline results; provide measurable impact to new products, processes, or standards in operational plans to implement business strategies.
  • Communicate with parties within and outside the team across the F135 Enterprise, including parties external to P&W.
  • Influence parties at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Apply advanced‑to‑expert knowledge of the work area, broad project‑management knowledge, and substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs, or systems to provide job‑area enhancements.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 8 years of logistics, fleet readiness, or forecasting experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated people‑leadership experience.
  • U.S. Person status required.
  • Preferred: MBA or functional equivalent; F135 or other military engines logistics experience; familiarity with engine overhaul and repair processes, engine hardware, assembly, operation, and testing; strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Salary range: $107,500 – $204,500.
