The Military Engines Global Sustainment Services Repair Industrialization Team is responsible for identifying, expediting, and delivering critical repair capabilities to cost‑effectively support and grow Fifth Generation military fleets. Within this team, the Military Engines Repair Industrialization Specialist will be accountable for delivery of repair value‑stream item repair network capabilities.
What You Will Do:- Manage planning and execution of repair industrialization projects from supplier selection and award to first‑article qualification.
- Coordinate communication and alignment of technical requirements between Repair Suppliers, PW Aftermarket Sustainment Engineering, and Repair Source Approval teams.
- Cross‑function coordinate repair qualification process technical data, material deviation, and tool equivalency corrective action requests.
- Lead, track and improve supplier repair development and launch readiness for Source Demonstrated repairs.
- Support the establishment of a highly capable repair industrial base, focusing on development and maturation of qualified suppliers to deliver forecasted repair requirements.
- Validate supplier actions involving design and/or process changes to ensure they are robust, sustainable, and implemented to achieve repair source qualification.
- Travel up to 20% to visit suppliers and depot operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with 5+ years of work experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience working with tier one or tier two suppliers.
- 2+ years in project management, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain management.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; the position may require access to systems or tools restricted to U.S. citizens.
- Advanced degree in Engineering and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Certified project and program management experience.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work independently and in groups with high motivation and commitment to delivery‑critical work.
- Aerospace MRO operations or U.S. Government program management experience desired.
- Leadership ability; repair operations or engineering experience a plus.
- Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
