• Manage capital engineering projects from conception through completion, including execution, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and implementation strategies
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and plant teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Estimate project costs, prepare purchase orders, process invoices, and track financials
• Organize and oversee large‑scale system installations across multiple facilities
• Deliver projects on time and under budget while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, engineering plans, and system diagrams
• Lead project meetings and communicate status, milestones, risks, and updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with plant teams to gain hands‑on manufacturing engineering experience
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field, or 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale engineering projects
• 3+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environments
• Experience with capital projects, manufacturing systems, HVAC systems, vendor coordination, budgeting, and large‑scale equipment installations
• Proficiency with Gantt charts, project scheduling, budgeting, and lifecycle management
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering plans
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with multi‑site engineering or manufacturing projects preferred
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%–70%
• Interest in manufacturing operations, engineering systems, and continuous learning
