- Develop and implement quality signature improvement strategies and systemic controls in partnership with Manufacturing Engineering.
- Lead PRTs and technical investigations.
- Analyze and present complex data to support quality signature improvements.
- Identify and establish required QMS improvements to support the new internal product line.
- Lead activities to support FAA and AS9100 scope expansion and maintain compliance.
- Apply commercial and financial awareness to understand how failures impact business financials, customer satisfaction, and future orders.
- Lead process improvement opportunities using DMAIC, CORE, and Lean strategies to enhance quality, reduce cycle time, and lower operational costs.
- Provide technical expertise on non‑conforming material and support communication and processing of quality notifications through the MRB process.
- Define and implement plans to support business objectives, including quality, CORE, and financial metrics.
- Ensure effective communication to align the Quality and ACF organizations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
- Knowledge and experience in AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Working knowledge and proficiency in quality tools such as FAI, PFMEA, DFMEA, GR&R, and GD&T.
- Experience in root‑cause corrective action and eliminating non‑conformances.
- Practical experience with DMAIC, CORE, Six Sigma, or other Lean systems.
The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD – 251,600 USD, a good‑faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
