Why Join Us | DuPont Careers
DuPont works on things that matter. Whether it's providing clean water to more than a billion people on the planet, producing materials that are essential in everyday technology devices from smartphones to electric vehicles, or protecting workers around the world.
If you want to be part of a top multi-industry company that offers sustainable solutions that bring real value and benefit, where there is a real sense of community, because we believe that we achieve the best work when we all work together as a team and value different perspectives – then DuPont is the right choice for you!
We are happy to announce that DuPont announced on May 22, 2024, that it will split into three leading, independent, publicly traded companies. Companies with different focuses and investment profiles will emerge from this strategic move. We believe that this separation will allow all three future companies to better serve their customers and unlock long-term value for stakeholders. This process is expected to take 18–24 months from the date of the announcement.
We want to support our employees during this transition and ensure a smooth and successful split. We look forward to welcoming new talents who want to contribute to the further success and growth of our evolving organization.
