We are looking for a PR Manager
to join our team.
- Contributing to the development and execution of a global communication strategy with a strong focus on digital channels;
- Creating, generating, and promoting newsworthy content from scratch — turning even small ideas into viral stories;
- Writing press releases, articles, and other materials that capture attention and genuinely engage audiences;
- Actively communicating with international media, bloggers, opinion leaders, game industry representatives, and internal teams to support promotion efforts;
- Organizing and running press events, press conferences, and other initiatives with a strong emphasis on digital media;
- Preparing internal presentations as well as presentations for partners;
- Conducting in-depth analysis of PR campaign results, evaluating the effectiveness of each project using key digital metrics;
- Building and maintaining relationships with international niche media, as well as coordinating and monitoring media coverage;
- Coordinating the work of the Community Management team on social media development and management, with a focus on audience engagement and trend creation;
- Managing PR agencies across different regions (task setting, performance tracking, and effectiveness evaluation);
- Working closely with development teams: analyzing project strengths and weaknesses, identifying PR risks, and spotting new opportunities.
- At least 3 years of experience in PR, preferably in Game Dev, or experience working for a gaming media outlet with regular partner interaction;
- Hands-on gaming experience: the candidate actively plays games and stays up to date with gaming trends and major industry events;
- A deep understanding of social media algorithms, the ability to evaluate visual content, and to generate newsworthy ideas from scratch (for example, through a personal gaming blog);
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and assess PR activities (or media/blog publications) based on data and performance; metrics, identify effectiveness, and define areas for further growth
Full professional proficiency in English; - The ability to write high-quality content independently, without relying on copywriters;
- Willingness to provide screenshots of gaming profiles (Steam / PSN / Xbox, etc.);
- Experience working with Western content creators and media, as well as posting on English-language platforms (Reddit, etc.)
- Spoken Russian and English.
- A diverse and interesting range of tasks that will greatly enhance your portfolio;
- Working in a company that produces large-scale projects for millions of players around the world;
- Competitive salary (the level of salary is discussed individually with the candidate at the interview);
- Work format: remote or office. Flexible start of the working day;
- Health insurance.
