FP&A Analyst – United States At Johnson Matthey, your work will matter. As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200years of history. Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges – cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life‑saving technologies – by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.

• Support financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for the Americas region.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and analyse performance, including variance and trend analysis.
• Provide insight on financial performance to support decision‑making and improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to business reviews and performance commentary.
• Enhance financial models, tools and processes to improve analysis and data accuracy.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives and respond to ad‑hoc financial queries.

• Degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and analysis techniques.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other standard business tools.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
