Associate, Private Equity Co-Investments

Future Standard is looking for an Associate to join their Private Equity Co-Investments team in Darien, CT. In this role, you’ll be involved in all aspects of private equity transactions, from analyzing investment opportunities to monitoring portfolio performance. • Analyze investment opportunities and conduct due diligence.
• Prepare complex financial models to support investment decisions.
• Draft and present investment committee memoranda.
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies.
• Prepare presentations and materials for limited partners and fundraising.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
