- Support Wealth Advisor in delivering exceptional services to clients, with the potential to lead less complex client relationships.
- Advanced capability of all wealth, investment, and financial planning processes.
- Begin preparing and making recommendations for client financial plans and investments and portfolio allocations.
- Assist in preparation for client meetings, documenting discussions, and driving client follow-up.
- Mentor others and provide oversight of work.
- Primary role is as secondary advisor.
- Progress to greater independence related to client execution items and ultimately client relationship management and independent decisions.
- Understand business processes: client contracts, fee schedules and the onboarding process.
- Maintain solid/active relationships with COI peers; provide critical support to client team revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4-8 years’ experience; CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA required.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning concepts and processes.
- Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, Docu Sign, Microsoft Suite, Planning Software.
- Developing others, relationship/practice management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organization skills.
- Effective communication, both oral and written.
- High emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
- Proactive approach to work, with ownership of projects and seeing them through to completion.
This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Massachusetts. The pay range for this position is $,000 USD per year.
