Responsibilities- Increase level of financial planning and investment knowledge through practice and advance responsibility of planning teams and Wealth Advisors.
- Complete financial plans, investment reports, tax and estate analysis as requested.
- Spend the vast majority of time preparing for and in client meetings, documenting task items, and coordinating client service execution under the Associate Wealth Advisors and/or Wealth Advisor.
- Gather data and information.
- Bring forth observations to Lead Advisors regarding clients.
- Provide limited oversight on simple projects and plans.
- Observe and learn complex planning.
- Attend networking events and begin building relationships in the community and with COI peers.
- Bachelor's degree.
- CFP® certification required.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong integrity and ability maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proactive approach to work with the ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
- Competencies:

- Docu Sign.
- Microsoft Suite.
- Planning & Investment Software.
- Proficiency with back‑office process and custodians.
This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. It may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds and requires onsite work 4 days per week.
U.S. Eligibility RequirementsMust be 18 years of age or older and have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
Pay InformationThe pay range for this position is $80,000–$110,000 USD per year.
