As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Registered Private Client Associate who wants to build a long-term career in wealth management and grow alongside our team.
The Role
This position combines high-touch client service and operational execution with meaningful exposure to financial planning, portfolio strategy, wealth transfer, and the management of complex client relationships.
You will play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience while contributing to the continued growth and success of our practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Financial Advisors in managing and developing relationships with multigenerational families, business owners, executives, and nonprofit organizations
- Preparing financial planning analyses, client meeting materials, account documentation, and follow-up items
- Coordinating the onboarding and ongoing service of new and existing client relationships
- Assisting with the implementation of portfolio strategies and wealth planning initiatives
- Taking ownership of client service requests and ensuring timely, accurate follow-through
- Managing client communications, scheduling, and proactive follow-up
- Utilizing firm technology to improve workflows, organization, and responsiveness
- Providing professional and thoughtful telephone and written communication
- Collaborating closely with advisors and team members to maintain a high standard of client service and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines strong client-service instincts with attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to develop deeper wealth management expertise.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 7 with Series 63/65, and at least one year of financial services industry experience
- Strong ethical standards and a client-first mindset
- Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- An interest in advanced financial planning, investments, wealth transfer, estate and trust planning, and family governance
- A collaborative spirit and desire to contribute to a high-performing team
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in wealth management
- Residence within commuting distance of Mystic, Connecticut, or willingness to relocate
