Town of Groton, Assistant Building Official, full-time position in Groton, CT. Under the general direction of the Manager of Inspection Services, you will assist in administration and enforcement of the State Building Code, town ordinances, and zoning, through inspections, reviews, and enforcement duties.
You may assume responsibility for the division in the manager’s absence.
Required:
a bachelor’s degree and six years of construction inspection experience, plus CT code knowledge and CZET
