We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced Medical Esthetician to join our luxury Medical Spa, Aesthetic and Wellness team.

We are looking for a polished professional with a minimum of two years of experience in a medical spa setting who is confident, client-focused, and results-driven with strong product knowledge.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a true treatment specialist who understands advanced skin therapies, delivers exceptional patient care, and thrives in a high-performance, sales-oriented environment.

• Must hold a current Esthetician License
• Highly polished, professional, and well spoken
• Strong sales ability with a passion for helping clients achieve real results
• Excellent client retention skills
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments with excellence
• Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Recommend and educate clients on medical grade skincare
• Support monthly revenue goals

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa
• Advanced knowledge of medical grade skincare
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Hydra Facial
• Dermaplaning
• Laser treatments
• RF or advanced skin tightening treatment plans and skincare products
• Confident recommending treatment plans and skincare products
• Sales experience is a must
• Eyebrows and lashes experience is a plus
• Body sculpting experience is a plus
