• Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations for long-lasting results.
• Upsell retail products related to eyelash care and other beauty treatments to enhance client results and salon revenue.

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry, especially with eyelash extensions or related aesthetic treatments.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport.
• Connecticut licensed eyelash technician.
