• Assisting CRAs in their routine work;
• Completing submission of documents to the Regulatory Authority (including safety reports) when required;
• Reporting safety data to Sponsor’s Pharmacovigilance Department and providing assistance when required;
• Performing remote monitoring and site management;
• Collecting, reviewing and tracking regulatory documents when required;
• Performing translations (only in case of appropriate education);
• Assisting with the completing of study specific documents, annotated Case Report Forms (CRFs), tracking forms, and other study related documents;
• Participating in study specific training;
• Providing status updates to CRAs and Project Manager;
• Participating in the preparation and coordination of investigator meetings;

• Fluency in English and local language (written and spoken);
• Higher education (a degree in science or a related field would be an asset);
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and national regulations related to clinical trials;
• Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Computer literacy: skills of proficient work with MS Office;
• Good to excellent organizational, record retention, decision making, customer service, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
