Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health | Stamford, CT | Full-Time | $55-85/Visit

Are you a licensed PT ready to leave behind the double-booking, productivity quotas, and clinic burnout? Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes across Stamford and Fairfield County, CT.

We're a home therapy practice built around a simple belief: clinicians do their best work when they have real autonomy. Our PTs set their own schedules, treat one patient at a time, and have a dedicated admin team behind them handling the logistics. We've built this role to fit your life — not the other way around.

You will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Stamford, Greenwich, Norwalk, Darien, and surrounding Fairfield County communities, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination — you focus on the patient in front of you. Shadowing is available if you're newer to home health or just want to see the model before committing.

Our Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan backs up our promise to keep your caseload full: if we cannot fill your schedule and cannot replace a cancellation, you get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month.

• Active PT license in Connecticut (required).
