Our facility is seeking a Part -
Time, and Full time 3-11 shift, 16
-40 Hours per week, Licensed Practical
Nurse that will be responsible for the nursing activities of the wing. Whether working independently or in conjunction with the Director/Assistant Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN's and CNAs, the LPN will work to ensure the optimal delivery of quality, compassionate care.
Responsibilities will include:
- Medication Administration
- Resident Assessments
- Resident Admissions coordination, including verification of Doctor's orders
- Electronic Medical Records Maintenance
- Administration of treatments and documentation
- Patient education upon discharge for proper maintenance of medications or procedures
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services
