Provide exceptional patient care during the contract/travel assignment.

Deliver therapy services to patients in accordance with client protocols and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Potential to extend assignment beyond the initial 13 weeks.

Licensed Physical Therapist practicing in Connecticut.

Experience in outpatient or acute care settings.

Strong patient communication skills and ability to work independently.

Full travel readiness and willingness to work 40 hours per week.
