At InBloom Autism Services, we use play‑based ABA therapy to help children with autism learn, grow, and thrive. We offer positions for entry‑level behavior technicians and experienced BCBA opportunities.
OverviewWe strive to create a supportive environment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our team includes BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinicians who implement evidence‑based behavior therapy programs.
We hire new Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). New BTs receive paid on‑job training toward RBT certification within 30 days. Existing RBTs can enroll in our RBT Rise Program to advance their careers.
Responsibilities- Direct Client Care
:
Provide one‑on‑one therapy in centers, homes, or schools. - Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs):
Follow plans designed by BCBAs to address specific behavioral goals. - Data Collection
:
Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors during sessions. - Progress Monitoring
:
Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to track and report progress and adjust plans. - Behavior Reduction Techniques
:
Apply approved strategies to address challenging behaviors. - Skill Acquisition
:
Support clients in developing functional skills, communication, and social behaviors. - Parent/Caregiver Training
:
Provide training and support on implementing intervention techniques at home. - Professionalism
:
Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality. - Documentation
:
Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and session notes. - Communication
:
Maintain open communication with BCBAs, parents, and team members.
- Passion for working with children and helping others.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must meet all BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification.
- Will be able to pass the RBT certification exam within the training period.
- Maintain required RBT certification through the BACB.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Physical capacity to move quickly and respond to potentially aggressive behavior and de‑escalate situations.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, squatting, running and/or sitting.
- Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds for client positioning or mobility.
- Adequate vision and hearing to work with clients and staff.
- Eye‑hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment and tools.

BCBA Fellowship:
Behavior intervention planning, data monitoring & treatment modification, supervising/training RBTs, conducting assessments & reassessments, caregiver training involvement.
