New! Central Village Home Health offers opportunities for caregivers, homemakers, companions, and patient care assistants.

• Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.
• Support clients with safety, organization skills, medical and therapeutic rehab homework.
• Assist with medication reminders, social entertainment, meaningful employment, money management, social skills, and more.
• Support clients recovering from strokes, concussions, and/or brain injury within community settings.

• One to two years of home health care experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Great time management and organizational consistency.
• Smart‑phone and tablet skills.
• Background check and drug testing before hire.
• Regular drug screening during employment.
