• Assist clients recovering from brain injuries who live alone or with family.
• Schedule and attend medical and therapeutic appointments with clients.
• Implement recovery activities within the home community.
• Document client progress on a daily basis and communicate with medical providers and other team members.
• Support clients with safety, organization, medication reminders, social entertainment, employment search, money management skills, and social skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of health‑care experience.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with smartphone and tablet devices.
• Pass pre‑employment background checks and drug screening.

Experience helping people recovering from strokes, concussions, and/or brain injury and working within community settings.
