Pay: $52.00–$56.00 per clinical hour

Healing Springs Wellness Center is a trauma-informed, integrative mental health practice dedicated to helping individuals heal through compassionate, culturally responsive care. We provide a collaborative environment where therapists are supported professionally and personally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

We are seeking licensed therapists who are passionate about trauma-informed care and want to grow within a supportive, mission-driven practice.

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and 90-day treatment plan reviews.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical consultation.
• Maintain ethical and HIPAA-compliant standards of practice.

• Active Connecticut license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist)
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience working with trauma and diverse populations
• EMDR training preferred; additional trauma-informed modalities such as Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brain spotting, ART, TF-CBT, or DBT are a plus
• Ability to work at least two evenings per week
• Ability to work at least two days per week in our Plantsville office
• Reliable internet and a private space for telehealth sessions
