* Support the care team and its patients by greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering telephone inquiries, collecting payments and maintaining demographic information. Routinely use the electronic health record (EHR) according to Pro Health policies and standard workflows.

* Primary Responsibilities:

* + Conduct check-in and check-out process

+ Answer incoming calls and use EHR to document details of patient inquiries

+ Conduct outreach to patients requiring appointments or service follow-up

+ Schedule appointments using standard scheduling protocols

+ Manage administrative in-basket pools and work queues

+ Scan documents into the EHR per standard protocols

+ Balance payments and prepare deposits

+ Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information

+ Provide coverage at other Pro Health locations on an ad hoc basis

+ Perform other duties as assigned

** Required Qualifications*
* + 1+ years of experience of receptionist or customer service experience

+ Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft office

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Experience working in a primary care setting

+ Experience working with EPIC

+ Bilingual - Spanish

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
