Always Best Care of Greater Bristol is seeking an experienced and compassionate Hourly Non-Medical Caregiver to provide exceptional care to our clients in their own homes. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing daily routine care, household tasks, and assisting with transportation and medication reminders. - Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Responsible for house maintenance when applicable
- Answers phone calls for clients when necessary
- Converses with patients to provide assurance
- Observes Universal Precautions
- Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities, and shopping
- Provides patient laundry and linen changes
- Light housekeeping
- Provides medication reminders
- Meal preparation and clean up
- Previous experience working as a Caregiver required
- State CNA certification / CHHA certification preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must have Cell Phone / Tablet
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a caregiving role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State CNA certification / CHHA certification preferred but not required
