• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Experience working with high school students preferred, but open to SLPs with enthusiasm for adolescent populations
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Familiarity with school-based documentation systems and IEP processes

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy tailored to the needs of high school students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Work closely with educational teams to support students communication goals across academic settings
• Maintain detailed records, track progress, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Serve as a valuable resource for staff and families, offering insights and strategies to facilitate student growth
