FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Plantsville. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, you'll receive the mentorship, technology, and support needed to build a rewarding long-term career.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $78,000–$98,000 annually (depending on experience)

- Develop individualized treatment plans

- Maintain timely clinical documentation using AI‑assisted technology
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong orthopedic and outpatient clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing outstanding patient care
