Description- Join our team as an Intervention Clinician in a structured residential behavioral health setting in Killingworth, CT.
- This full-time position requires working either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday from 08:30 am to 04:30 pm.
- Gain hands‑on experience providing individualized clinical support without a dedicated caseload.
- Provide one-on-one clinical support to clients needing additional intervention.
- Work effectively with clients unable to participate in group programming.
- Identify and respond to emotional, behavioral, or clinical needs.
- Utilize appropriate therapeutic interventions based on client needs.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff for continuity of care.
- Communicate clinical observations to the treatment team.
- Contribute to a therapeutic residential environment.
- LPCA or applicable Connecticut associate/pre-licensed credentials.
- Open to newer clinicians; full independent licensure not required.
- Experience with youth preferred.
- Transferable experience with substance use, mental health, or behavioral health populations considered.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a structured residential treatment environment.
