Job Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)

Pay: $16.94/hr

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Technician, you'll support both our clinical and front office teams by:

• Prepare treatment areas before and after patient visits
• Escort patients to treatment rooms and assist with patient flow
• Assist patients on and off therapy and exercise equipment
• Demonstrate exercises and equipment use as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Set up and put away treatment equipment
• Clean and disinfect treatment tables, equipment, and therapy areas throughout the day
• Assist with patient preparation before treatment sessions
• Monitor clinic supplies and help maintain inventory
• Complete laundry and linen duties
  
  Help maintain therapy equipment and report maintenance needs
• Assist with patient scheduling and front desk support when needed
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Help create a welcoming, organized, and safe environment for every patient

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College coursework in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Biology, or a healthcare-related field preferred
• Interest in pursuing a career in healthcare or physical therapy is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and assist with equipment setup
