Business Office Manager Skilled Nursing Facility

Skilled Nursing Facility seeks a Full-Time Business Office Manager to handle all items related to patient billing, accounts, receivable, census processing.

Experience required in the following responsibilties:

• Direct processing of accounts receivable, private and TPA billing, cash deposits, and posting

• Monitor private pay spend down and monitor timely conversions to Medicaid pending

• Manage Medicaid pending tracking

• Meet with residents (or family/responsible party) to explain specific financial obligations

• Maintain facility census and

• File timely Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance claims

• Other duties as directed

Preferred candidates will have prior, proven experience as a Business Office Manager within a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care setting.
