$55–$60/hour | PRN

We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a PRN basis at New London Rehab & Care of Waterford. Join a collaborative rehabilitation team providing individualized care to residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and clinical findings
• Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies that support communication and safe swallowing
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with nursing, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare professionals

• $55–$60/hour

• Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate SLPs are welcome to apply
