** Responsibilities:
*** Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, transferring, and ambulating
* Assist with meal preparation and consumption
* Maintain a clean and safe living environment
* Develop and implement personalized care plans, in collaboration with our healthcare team
* Monitor and report changes in client condition to our healthcare team
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
