Natchaug Hospital is Eastern Connecticut's leading provider for children, adolescents and adults with mental illness and substance abuse addictions. We offer a variety of programs including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, residential treatment for court-involved teenage girls, geriatric services, clinical day treatment schools and chemical dependency services. Through our multi-site network of care, we constantly strive to meet its mission in helping people find their way while educating and empowering individuals to participate in their own care and recovery.

Regulatory Data Specialist is responsible for the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of client-related data. The Specialist will help ensure the quality and accuracy of the data and is responsible for its timely submission to State and Federal regulatory agencies. The Regulatory Data Specialist also works collaboratively with State and Federal regulatory agencies and internal Leadership Teams to audit and ensure documentation in the electronic health record (ie.

treatment plans, intakes, and discharges) meets program and regulatory requirements, using regulations published by the agencies. Reports to Director of Ambulatory Services.

• Regulatory and State Agency Reporting
• Chart Auditing
• Colleague Training

• Bachelor's degree in Mental Health or related field
• 3 years' experience in using an electronic health record or CT State reporting systems, prefer knowledge of DDAP, DCF PIE or EPIC systems
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PP
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of State and Federal Regulatory Systems and reporting (ie. DDAP, DCF PIE, Ohio Scales, MARS)
