Under the direction of the Assistant Beverage Manager, the Beverage Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing beverage department processes and personnel, ensuring proper staffing levels, and maintaining the smooth operation of all beverage venues. The primary goal is to uphold our Guest Service Standards at all times. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of one (1) year of beverage supervisory experience in a high-volume setting or two (2) years of beverage-related experience, and Serv Safe certification. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a Union environment, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods, and working any shift/day as designated by the department.
