  • Specialty Services – Window and Chandelier Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Pool Cleaning and Maintenance, Exterior Building Cleaning
Position Overview

Responsible for the cleaning of dishes, pots, pans and silverware. Works fast and efficiently.

Job Functions
  • Rinses pots, pans, dishes and bowls
  • Loads dish washing machinery with kitchen utensils, pots, pans and bowls
  • Wipes, lifts and stacks clean utensils, pots, pans and bowls on shelving
  • Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees
  • Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures
  • Adheres to all company and regulatory policies. Reports any wrongdoing to corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida
  • Asks supervisor or other employees for help when needed
  • Is open to coaching and feedback from supervisor. Makes improvement
  • Works weekends and holidays
  • Acts as a role model to other The Service Companies employees

Job Requirements
  • Must have a strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, walk moderate distances, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs of weight on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and perform other routine physical activities.
  • Good verbal communication skills; pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Must meet company and client appearance standards.
  • Ability to work with cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
  • Ability to perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
