The team focuses on collaborating with guests to design individualized medical and spa services that deliver immediate and long-term results.

The Guest Services Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Westport & New Canaan, CT. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check‑in and check‑out procedures, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their visit. The Guest Services Specialist will handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of bookings and services. Additional responsibilities include supporting spa providers with guest flow, and contributing to a calm, luxurious, and guest‑centered environment.

• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Professional, polished demeanor and a genuine interest in wellness, beauty, and spa services.
• Comfort with scheduling software and basic computer skills (email, calendar, data entry).
• Reliability in on‑site attendance including weekends.
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, or medical office environment is preferred but not required.
