Overview
Under the direction of the Banquet Manager, the incumbent assists the Banquet Manager in the efficient and effective operation of Banquet Catering. Assists with scheduling, planning, timing and supervision of all details for successful banquet functions.

- Assist with scheduling, planning, timing and supervision of all details for successful banquet functions.
- Support the Banquet Manager to ensure efficient operation of Banquet Catering and maintain guest service standards.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two (2) years of banquet/restaurant supervisory experience.
- Friendly, personable, well groomed, organized, professional; able to multi-task.
- Ability to speak, write, and read English.
- Primary responsibility is to ensure our Extraordinary guest service standards are maintained at all times.
- Commit to supporting this mission by demonstrating Customer Service Standards and upholding them for all team members.
- Working during weekends, holidays and peak business periods is required, including shifts designated by the Food and Beverage Department.
