About The Service CompaniesThe Service Companies (TSC) is the premier service provider to the hospitality industry, delivering expert housekeeping, stewarding, food and beverage, and janitorial services to world‑class hotels, casinos, and resorts.
Position OverviewThe Stewarding Supervisor manages the stewarding department, overseeing operations, staffing, training, and full compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day stewarding operations including dishroom, pot washing, and kitchen sanitation
- Supervise, train, and schedule stewarding staff
- Ensure compliance with health codes, OSHA standards, and TSC protocols
- Conduct inventory of chemicals and equipment; submit purchase requests as needed
- Coordinate with culinary and F&B leadership on event support and daily operations
- Complete staffing reports and performance documentation
- Prior experience in stewarding or kitchen operations required
- Supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
