Join our team and experience endless career possibilities if you are an existing team member, please click the following link to be taken to the internal career site: mohegan internal career site position summary:this position is responsible for maintaining control of valet dispatch work area to ensure guest vehicles are properly documented and promptly delivered.primary duties and responsibilities: includes but not limited to:inputs guest vehicle information into cvps valet software systemfiles and retrieves keys and parking tickets upon customers requestassist guests with completing lost claim forms, as neededsecondary duties and responsibilities:assists guests with directions and property information, as needed assists with locating lost vehicles in valetmaintains and organizes work area minimum education and qualifications:high school diploma or equivalent one year of general clerical experience must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through the company carrier competencies: incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:good written and verbal communication skillsgood organizational and multi-tasking skills basic computer skills in word, excel and outlooktraining requirements:thorough understanding of cvps valet software systemsmart alcohol awareness physical demands and work environment:office work environment must be able to sit in front of computer screen for extended periods of timemust be able to stand for extended periods of timemust be able to work various shifts and flexible hoursthis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
