In honor of the Inn’s centennial birthday in fall 2020, acclaimed New York-based interior designer Celerie Kemble oversaw a dramatic redesign encompassing guest rooms and suites, Mayflower’s signature restaurant, and the Inn’s historic main house, featuring a charming parlor.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, devoted, curious, and have a strong passion for food with a particular interest in baking and pastry. We are looking for individuals who are confident they will become an integral member of a team that values hard work and brings detail and care to every part of their work day.

• General knife handling, food safety & sanitation knowledge
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment
• High volume restaurant or bakery experience preferred
• Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly and constantly improve
• Able to follow recipes without direct supervision
• Strong time management skills and able to execute dishes consistently and effectively
• Full availability (including weekends)
